There are seven levels of sponsorship available; including five Symposium-specific opportunities (the AYHC’s marquee annual event) and two year-round opportunities.
 

DETAILS—All Sponsorships:

  • Sponsorship benefits will begin when the completed sponsorship form is received in the AYHC office.

  • Customized sponsor packages are available.

  • Sponsor advertising will begin in the first newsletter after commitment is made if space is available.

  • Complete the sponsorship form to indicate your sponsorship or advertising commitment. To display logo in full color Symposium brochure, commit by September 1 each year. Sponsorship payment is due December 1 each year.

Diamond Sponsorship (year-round) Cost: $5,000

  • Profile of your organization published in Symposium registration packets

  • Full-page ad in the Symposium program

  • Full-page ad in  AYHC newsletter (for 1-year)

  • AHYC will issue a press release announcing your sponsorship

  • Two uses of the AYHC membership mailing list for your promotions

  • Inclusion of your logo on all AYHC promotional materials and newsletters

  • Your logo, link and one banner advertisement on the AYHC website

  • A complimentary booth at the annual Symposium

  • Two VIP passes to the Symposium

Pearl Sponsorship (year-round) Cost: $3,000

  • Profile of your organization published in Symposium registration packets

  • Half-page ad in the Symposium program

  • Four half-page, or two full-page ads in the  AYHC newsletter

  • AHYC will issue a press release announcing your sponsorship

  • Listing in all AYHC promotional materials

  • Your logo and link on the AYHC website

  • A complimentary booth at the annual Symposium

  • Two VIP passes to the Symposium

 

Platinum Sponsorship (Symposium specific) Cost: $2,000

  • Profile of your organization published in Symposium registration packets

  • Full-page ad in the Symposium program

  • Name attached to one major symposium event

  • (Sponsor supplied) banner displayed at the Symposium

  • Logo on all Symposium promotional materials

  • Your logo and link on the AYHC website

  • A complimentary booth in the Symposium vendor area

  • Two VIP passes to the Symposium

Gold Sponsorship (Symposium specific) Cost: $1,500

  • Profile of your organization published in Symposium registration packets

  • Half-page ad in the Symposium program

  • Logo on all Symposium promotional materials

  • Name attached to Symposium break or event

  • Your logo on the AYHC website

  • A complimentary booth in the Symposium vendor area

  • One VIP pass to the Symposium

Silver Sponsorship (Symposium specific) Cost: $1,000

  • Profile of your organization published in Symposium registration packets

  • Quarter-page ad in the Symposium program

  • Recognition on website and in newsletter

  • Listed in program as Silver sponsor

  • One VIP pass to the Symposium

Bronze Sponsorship (Symposium specific) Cost: $500

  • Listed in the program as a Bronze sponsor

  • Recognition on the AYHC website and in the quarterly newsletter

  • Listing on all Symposium promotional materials

Donate products/services to the Symposium

  • Donors will be listed in the proceedings and newsletter as a Donor

  • Donations will be used for door prizes and as part of the silent auction

 

COMMERCIAL BOOTH SPACES

Network with our membership at the annual Symposium, commercial booth spaces start at $100.  Booth space does not include symposium registration, meals, breaks, etc. For more information contact us at info@ayhc.com.
